The overarching design and intention of the workshop is to facilitate clarity and confidence in your daily practice, such that you will be inspired to engage it fully and completely. The specific intention and hope are for all participants to wake up every morning yearning to engage in your practice and enthusiastically looking forward to sitting for a designated time.

The following themes will be explored in the four-hour workshop:

• The importance of a definitive and sustainable goal or purpose for your daily practice.
• The nature and reality of the Self, the goal of meditation – the value and practice of direct access.
• The need for a clear and proven road map – Patanjali, the scriptural blueprint.
• The simple and comprehensive meditative process – Samyama.

The workshop will include meditation sessions and Q&A.
